Food Gases

Gases used in the food industry serve a number of purposes, such as storage, packaging and processing of products, using them in a variety of applications. Food gases are used in a number of different applications, often aimed at extending the freshness and shelf life of food and improving production processes. The use of these gases is an important factor affecting food safety, quality and the characteristics of the products offered to the consumer.
